The Venerable Master founded
the Amitabha Monastery in Hualian, Taiwan.

二月至四月，應東南亞各地邀請，
派弟子組團赴臺、港、印尼、新、馬各地弘法。
From February 7 to April 3,the Venerable Master sent
a delegation of his disciples to Taiwan, Hong Kong,
Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia to propagate the Dharma.

八月，啟建水陸空法會，由臺灣海峽兩岸法師聯合主持。
In August,
the Venerable Master hosted a Water, Land, and Air Ceremony
at the City in which Dharma Masters from
China and Taiwan performed the ceremonies harmoniously together.
