This work presents the remarkable and significant events in the life of the Venerable Master Hsuan Hua. It has been compiled primarily from records made by the Venerable Master’s disciples from all over the world, although other sources have been consulted wherever available. Among these are included the Chinese editions of his life, as well as newspaper accounts, transcripts of instructional talks, tape transcripts, and students’ notes.
As the Master’s disciples, it is our wish that all who listen to the work will be inspired to bring forth the heart of Bodhi.
