第二屆法總僧伽大會年會，於2004年11月11日早上八時至11時三十分，在萬佛聖城道源堂舉行，僧眾81人親自出席，另外以電話撥入參加會議的有64人。討論多項議案，包括：法總明年將舉行第十一屆三壇大戒，戒期108天，由四月二十四日至八月九日。選舉僧伽董事：恆斌法師（原為上人所指定的法總僧眾董事）現遞補離去的通法師之出缺，經一白三羯摩通過；其他任職今年到期的僧眾董事將繼續連任。2005年僧伽會議訂在六月二十一日周一舉行。

The Second Annual DRBA Sangha Meeting was conducted on November 11, 2004, from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m in Daoyuan Hall at the City of Ten Thousand Bhddhas. Eighty-four monastics were present and sixty-four joined via conference call. Many issues were discussed, including: the 11th Threefold Ordination to be conducted next year, the 108-day precept training period from April 24 - August 9, 2005; the election of Bhikshu Heng Bin, a Sangha Director originally apointed by the Vanerable Master Hua, to the DRBA Board of Directors, filling the vacancy left by Bhikshuni Tung (who has left). This was approved by the Sangha method of three announcements. Other Sangha directors whoes term ends this year were also approved to continue their service. The next Sangha meeting will be on onday, June 20, 2005.
