行政報告 — 女校校長 比丘尼恆音
副校長 比丘尼恆貞
這個春季班的開端非常好，有好幾位家長已經為學校奉獻了大量的時間。非常感謝 Greg Hale 於一月二十三日花了三個小時，為我們做了第一場關於郊遊自衛駕車的演講。非常感謝 Ferrusca 和 Arellano 女士幾乎全日地為學校服務，幫助老師將學校打掃得乾乾淨淨，又下廚幫忙。
非常感謝Ukiah的Carol Martinez每週義務教授三至六年級學生滾翻運動，孩子們都很開心。為加強課後的音樂、藝術、遊戲項目及輔導住校生，我們徵求義務工作人員。您如有興趣，請與校長聯絡。
本校及家長教師聯合會，由衷地感激老師們所奉獻出的時間和精力，以及給孩子們帶來的快樂。本校將在君康素餐館舉辦謝師宴，以對所有教師與義工略表敬意。家長們也歡迎參加，並請帶來您的拿手素菜與大家分享。
加州州立大學核準了本校的課程表

高中生及其家長們，大家都該感到振奮。學生要進加州州立大學，就必須修學經加大正式核准的課程。我校從未排出過這種課表，結果我們有一位畢業生，幾年前申請加大時遇到了麻煩。去夏，許多老師犧牲了寶貴的假期時間，來準備這份課程表。十月初我們總算將課程表寄出了。最近很高興地獲悉，本校呈上的課程均獲加大核准。課程表的具體內容如下。（略；可在加大網路上找到。）

Administrators' Report — Heng Yin Heng Jen
The Spring Semester has gotten off to a great start. Several parents have volunteered a substantial amount of time in the schools. Thanks to Greg Hale for three hours of instruction for our first Defensive Driving for Field Trips class on January 23. We also appreciate Mrs. Ferrusca and Mrs. Arellano for helping out nearly full-time in the school - assisting teachers, making the schools and campus sparkling clean, helping in the kitchen.
Thanks to Carol Martinez of Ukiah for volunteering to teach tumbling to the 3-6th grade students each week. It is truly a treat for them.
We are looking for volunteers to enhance our Aftercare Program with music, art, and games. We also need volunteers to tutor boarding students. If you are interested, please see the principals.
As a small token of appreciation for teachers who have dedicated time and effort beyond the call of duty, simply for the joy and satisfaction of transforming children's lives, the Parent-Teacher Organization and the schools are hosting a
Luncheon in Honor of Our Teachers and Volunteers. This will be a potluck supplemented by dishes from Jyun Kang Restaurant. Parents are invited to come and make a contribution (your special vegetarian dish, etc.)
U.C. Certified Course List — M.C. Lee, Ph. D.
Here is great news for everyone, especially for high school students and their parents:
To be eligible for admission to the University of California (UC), students attending California high schools must take courses on the official UC Certified Course List. However, our school never established such a course list before. Consequently, at least one of our graduates experienced some difficulty in getting accepted by a UC campus a couple of years ago. Last summer many teachers took their precious vacation time to work on the course syllabuses. We submitted the syllabuses to UC for approval in early October. Just recently we were very glad to learn that all the courses we submitted had been accepted by UC. The following is our list, now available online at UC's web site. (omitted)
