烤 麵 筋
材料:
2 杯 麵筋粉
1/2 杯 營養酵母粉
1/4 杯 醬油
2 杯 水、高湯或味噌湯
1 茶匙 basil(意大利乾燥調味香草,新鮮的味道像九層塔。)
1 茶匙 oregano(意大利乾燥調味香草)
辣椒末少量調味
馬鈴薯、蕓薹、胡蘿蔔,剁碎
做法:
1)將剁碎的菜放入有蓋的烤盤內。混合麵筋、醬汁與調味香草,平鋪在菜上。
2)蓋上烤盤,以 375°烤 2 小時。(最後半小時開蓋烤。)
3)以蔓越橘甜醬為配食。

Gluten Roast
2 c gluten flour chopped root vegetables:
1/2 c nutritional yeast potatoes
1/4 c soy sauce rutabagas
2 c water, broth or miso broth carrots
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
*Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Place chopped vegetables in a covered casserole or Dutch oven. Mix gluten, liquids and spices together and spread over vegetables.
2. Cover and bake at 375° for 2 hours. (Remove cover the last 1/2 hour.)
3. Serve with cranberry sauce. |
