作法:
①將餅乾屑,素奶油混合壓扁放入8或9吋圓盤內。
②以手將奶油起士、酸奶、香草精、糖,揉捏後放入攪拌機內,快速攪拌二分鐘。混合均勻後,放入①之盤內。
③以華氏350°烤1/2小時,關火後置留烤箱內一小時,烤箱門略開。
④取出冷卻後,放入冰箱。食用時澆上濃汁果醬。’


Ingredients:
16 oz. Cream cheese
16 oz. Sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
1 H cups graham cracker crumbs
2  cup margarine, melted

①In bowl, combine crumbs and margarine. Press on bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan.
②Mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar by hand until well mixed.
③Mix with mixer for 2 minutes on high speed or until smooth. Spread mixture in pan.
④Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Leave in oven for 1 hour with heat off and oven door slightly ajar. Cool on counter, then in refrigerator. Remove side of pan and add pie filling on top before serving.
