蓮生妙藕
材料:蓮藕一條 鹽、醬油、麻油少許
作法:將蓮藕洗淨,去皮,去頭尾切薄圓片,
放入鍋內加三大匙水及鹽、醬油、麻油少許,
拌勻,大火煮沸,改用小火加蓋燜煮至水分將
乾時,即可食用。

Wondrous Flavored Lotus
Ingredients:
I section of lotus root, a little salt, soy sauce and sesame oil
Directions:
Rinse and peel lotus root. Remove the ends cut into slices.
Place in a pan with 3 tbsp water, salt, soy sauce and a sprinkle of
sesame oil. Mix well. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Turn
heat to low and simmer until water boils dry. Serve.
