佛珠善果
材料: 生腰果五兩 青豌豆仁四兩 鹽少許油一匙
作法:
(一)熱鍋放油一匙,灑鹽少許,將青豌豆仁放入翻炒,加一匙水炒至水乾,取出盛盤中。
(二)腰果放入油鍋內,用小火炸,炒成金黃色,撈出鋪在青豌豆上即可食用。

Peas and Cashew Nuts
Ingredients: 5 oz. raw cashew nuts, 4 oz. fresh peas, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cooking oil
Directions:
1. Heat pan on high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil and a dash of salt. Heat briefly. Add peas and stir fry. Add 1 tbsp water and keep cooking until the water boils dry. Place peas on plate.
2. Place cashew nuts in a deep frying-pan with oil and fry over low heat until golden. Remove from oil and place over peas to serve.
