On behalf of President Bush, I would like to extend best wishes to you and your delegation as you depart for Taiwan on January 3rd. I understand you will personally lead the delegation of 40 members to propagate the Buddha Dharma and to pray for world peace.
Your noble and compassionate mission will benefit all of us. I wish you great success and a safe return to the United States.
