做法:
選擇較嫩的西洋芹菜,拔絲後,折成小截,長度約一寸,以鹽醃十分鐘後,倒掉醃出的水份,再加糖、醋、香油調配,即可清爽可口。做法簡單方便,為適宜四季食用之開胃菜。

carrots........................................... 5-6 slices

Directions:
Choose a soft stalk of celery, peel off the tough fibers, then cut into pieces about one inch long. Marinate with salt for about 10 minutes, then pour out salt water. Add sugar, vinegar and sesame oil to celery and marinate. This appetizing dish is easy to make and suitable for all seasons.
