我不為自己，我是來救美國人的，現在的美國是佛教當旺的時候。中國在春秋戰國時代也很亂，當時有孔子周遊列國，中國才漸漸好起來，人民才能過太平盛世的日子。
現在美國很亂，因為，種族問題太多了，國人若不信佛教，不靠佛教來改造世界，整個社會將爛掉，今日的紐約只是徵兆，假如整個國家亂起來，不得了的。
美國政府不會治國，許多人都被財迷住了，財、色、名、食、睡一樣也放不開，假如總統不自私，不要錢，只要為人民謀幸福，所有的人民都會歡迎。這樣的總統一定會當選；若能當四年總統不拿錢，能改變全世界的風氣，對世界影響多大，何樂不為呢？

During the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States periods, China was in a state of chaos. During that time, Confucius traveled around the states. China then gradually became better and its people lived in peace and prosperity.
The United States is currently very chaotic because there are too many racial problems. If Americans don't believe in Buddhism and don't rely on Buddhism to change and reshape the world, the whole society will crumble. What is happening in New York today is an ill omen. If the entire country becomes chaotic, that will be catastrophic.
The American government does not know how to run its country. Many people are confused by wealth, sex, fame, food and sleep. They are unable to renounce any of these. If the President is not selfish, does not want money, and works only for the people's well-being, then the people will all welcome him. Such a person will certainly be elected. If the President will not accept money during his four-year term, he can transform the world. How great his influence would be : Ought he not take delight in doing this?
