This will soften the vegetables without overcooking them. Add the peanut butter. Ready to serve. You may use the spread on tortillas, roll them up, and then hear in a moderate oven. YOU, YOUR RELATIVES AND FRIENDS are cordially invited to attend the Opening Ceremonies of the International Institute for the Translation of Buddhist Texts, a branch of Gold Mountain Dhyana Monastery, and the activation of the spiritual essence of the Thousand Handed Thousand Eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, to be held at 3636 Washington Street, San Francisco, California, at nine o'clock in the morning on Sunday, October the fourteenth, nineteen hundred and seventy-three. Other activities will include a vegetarian feast at 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon, Dharma talks from 1:00-3:00, recitation and meditation from 3:30 until 5:30, and a Sutra Lecture at 6:30. Each day for two weeks preceding the opening ceremonies, the Great Compassion Repentance will be recited all day to honor the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara on the anniversary of the day he left the home life (October 14th), and to honor the enlightenment of the Great Master Ch'ang Chih (October 12th), and the departure from the home life of the Great Master Ch'ang Jen (October 10th), and the Venerable Master Hsuan Hua (October 11th).
