駐舊金山臺北經濟文化辦事處處長曾慶源先生一行七人，於三月二十九日專程前往萬佛聖城訪問。曾處長等人在萬佛殿上香致敬，並前往無言堂瞻仰宣公上人的舍利，接著參觀萬佛聖城附設的中小學男女校。第一次參訪萬佛聖城的曾處長認為，萬佛聖城是個奇
妙的地方，此行對他而言是一趟，心靈之旅。

Mr. Zeng Ching-Yuan,
Director General of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in
San Francisco, along with his wife and five friends, paid a
visit to the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas (CTTB) on March
29, 1999. They first lit incense at the Buddha Hall, paying
respect to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, then visited No
Words Hall to view the Venerable Master's sharira. They also
toured Instilling Goodness Elementary and Developing Virtue
Secondary Schools, which are divided into a Boys School and
a Girls School. During his visit, Mr. Zeng said that the
trip was a spiritual one to him and that CTTB was a
wonderful place.
