Silent Praise

In eternal memory of the Great Dharma Master Hsuan Hua

Not fighting, not being greedy,
Not seeking, not being selfish,
Not pursuing personal advantage, and not lying:
Harboring vast vows, he laid a foundation for Buddhism.

Worshipping the Buddha, worshipping the Dharma,
Worshipping the Sangha, worshpping righteousness,
Worshipping benevolence, and worshipping peace:
With a resolute mind he set down a model for education.
