Liu Guoji (Ji Sheng) respectfully took this photo in 1978 and wrote the following poem:

長白山上一高僧
妙覺山邊度眾生
指引迷津達彼岸
極樂西方要共登

A high Sanghan from Eternally White Mountain, Crosses living beings over at Wonderful Enlightenment Mountain. He guides the confused multitudes to reach the other shore, So that they may together ascend to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.
