The Venerable Master's teachings are very hard for me to forget. On the day I left home, the Venerable Master said to us:
The Master can lead you to the door, but you cultivate on your own.
Today you left home, and you have brought forth the Bodhi-mind to cultivate the Bodhisattva Way
and benefit all living beings. Don't waste time.
These few words have stayed in my mind. I was very moved by the fact that, although the Master was very sick, he still shaved our heads. Even though he was very sick, he went to many places to speak Dharma.
He taught living beings without weariness and made a lot of people bring forth the Bodhi Mind. In my mind he is a great Bodhisattva.
